Pier 90 in Hell's Kitchen hosts one of New York's hottest art shows, Volta New York. Flying in artists and collectors from across the globe, this exhibition hosts established artists with innovative reputations. At the opening reception, our designers had a chance to meet and chat with some of the artists, including Kathleen Vance with her Traveling Landscapes Installation.
The producer for the Volta New York Art Show asked us to style the flowers for their VIP Lounge. The focus was on tropical flowers, such as anthuriums, bromiliads, prothea, calla lilies, leucodendron, mimosa, white feather ferns, and palm leaves, among many others. We had a fantastic time making these unique contemporary arrangements, and definitely recommend that our readers check out the show next year!
