Rustic Romantic Wedding at Waterloo Village NJ

Kate and Eric had a gorgeous rustic ceremony in Waterloo Village, a restored 19th-century canal town. The ceremony and reception took place at a historic farm to table venue. The catering was partially provided by food grown at the very location on which the bride and groom said their vows.

The ceremony took place by the river bank, where the sun glistened on the water behind the beautiful couple. The cocktail hour and reception, on the other hand, were in the spacious rustic event space.

Filled with wooden tables and chairs, this hand-made furniture created a charmingly mismatched atmosphere. We decorated the tables with subdued flowers: baby's breath, spray roses, and other natural blooms. With the homespun vibe, we paired mismatched vases of all shapes and sizes.

While the furniture, vases and candles were diverse and peculiar, the arrangements were a paradigm of simplicity, symmetry, and class.

Nature abound, we were happy to give this bride her dream wedding, and to spend a little time relaxing by the creek ;)
